Business Automation, Built Around Your Team
Every business has a job that eats somebody's week. It might be paperwork typed up after hours, inquiries nobody got back to, or answers only one person knows. We find that job and build the software that takes it over. We built our first tools to run our own retail business, so we know what it takes to live with them every day.
Most businesses have at least one of these. Start with the one that sounds like your week.
The document nobody wants to type
Site reports, estimates and job records get typed up after a long day, from numbers that live in three places. The paperwork runs days behind the work, and a wrong number goes out with your name on it.
- What we build
- Your crew sends a voice note or fills in a short form on a phone. It comes back as a finished, branded document matched to the right job, ready for a person to sign off and filed where it belongs.
An inquiry comes in and nothing happens
Leads land in someone's email or voicemail, and getting back to them depends on that person remembering. The ones nobody chases go quiet.
- What we build
- Every inquiry lands in one place with a status. Texts and emails go out on their own, with the payment link, the forms and the booking link, until the person books or says no. Your team steps in when an inquiry needs a conversation.
The content never gets written
Product pages sit thin, the newsletter slips, and the feed goes quiet because nobody has the time.
- What we build
- Software that drafts product descriptions, emails and posts in your voice, from your real product and business information. You decide what a person reads first and what can go straight out.
The answer is in somebody's head
One person knows where everything stands, so the team waits on that person, and that person's morning disappears into the inbox.
- What we build
- An assistant that knows your documents, processes and live records. Your team asks in team chat and gets an answer. It can sort an inbox, send a morning briefing and file what comes in. When it is unsure, it asks.

More customers, or more capacity?
The first question is what's holding the business back. If you have more work than your team can keep up with, more leads only make it worse. Automation helps there because it gives the hours back.
If the team has room and the phone is quiet, no tool fixes that. That's a job for the store, the pictures and the feed, and we do those too.
Start with one job
Pick one job your team would happily never do again. We get it built and running before anyone talks about the next one.
You decide what a person checks
Some work can run on its own and some shouldn't. We draw that line with you before anything goes live. Switch a tool off and the work goes back to how it was.
Yours to keep
The code, the data and the domain are yours. Accounts in your name are the default, including any AI usage, so that bill comes straight to you.
What can actually be automated in a business like mine?
The best candidates repeat every week, follow the same steps, and already live in email, a spreadsheet or someone's memory. Judgment calls stay with your people. We look at how the work really happens before we suggest anything, and we'll tell you if an off-the-shelf tool already does the job.
Do we have to be on Shopify?
No. Much of this has nothing to do with a store. It fits a contractor or a service business just as well as a retailer.
Is this AI?
Sometimes. Plenty of these jobs only need solid software, and that's cheaper and more predictable. We use AI where a job involves reading or writing, such as sorting an inbox, turning a voice note into a document or drafting product copy.
What happens when it gets something wrong?
It will, so we plan for it. We set up the tool to ask when it's unsure, and we agree with you up front on which work a person reviews before it goes out.
Where should we start?
With the job your team complains about most. Then do the math: how many people do it, how many hours a week, at what pay. If that number doesn't justify the build, we'll say so.
How long does it take, and how is it priced?
One job is usually a matter of weeks. Every project is scoped and priced up front, so you know the number before work starts. Ongoing care runs on a monthly retainer if you want it.
Who owns it, and what does it cost to run?
You own the code and the data. By default the hosting, database and any AI accounts are in your name, so running costs come straight to you rather than through us.
